This is a foot therapy which teaches that every organ and gland depends on its survival by its ability to contract and relax. When an obstacle is placed in the energy pathway, as when acid crystals, waste, or unused calcium deposits form on the nerve endings of the feet, the energy flow is impeded and the organ it serves is then adversely affected. These "waste products" can be distinctly felt under the thumb and fingers as I work on the feet. The pressure applied stimulates sensitive spots on all parts of both feet and helps to unblock obstructions to the energy flow stimulating its corresponding organ to restore and heal itself. I can also do hand reflexology if preferred. It gives you similar feel good sensations as a body massage including tingling in the head
